- A valid Credit Card is required to confirm each reservation.
- The hotel’s Daily Destination Fee of $40 + Taxes is waived for all group participants. The fee will appear during the online reservation stage, but it will be waived for the group.
- 30 Day Cancellation Policy: Please cancel your reservation by 2pm local hotel time (EST), 30 days prior to arrival, to avoid a charge of the full room and tax.
